$10,000 Reward Offered for Info Regarding Jenelle Evans' Dog's Body After David Eason Shoots Her
This week has been nothing less of intense for Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans and her fanbase. As confirmed by him, David Eason shot and killed his wife's french bulldog named Nugget on April 30. The controversial figure defended his actions by saying the dog had bitten their daughter Ensley multiple times, and more and more details have continued to come out since.
TMZ is reporting that Animal Control has begun an investigation on the couple, as the Attorney General's office allegedly received 138 complaints about the incident. Officers have reportedly been sent to Jenelle and David's home to confirm that the dog is dead and that they are in possession of the dog's body.
And beyond Animal Control, others have taken it upon themselves to get involved. The Animal Hope & Wellness Foundation took to Facebook today to claim they're offering a $10,000 reward for information regarding the whereabouts of Nugget's body.
"No arrest has been made, even after finding out he not only shot Nugget - but slammed her neck into the kitchen table, and beat her almost to death," the post reads.
"They claim that Nugget’s body has not been recovered. But it was stated that she was shot next to the forest by their home," the post adds. "We are offering a $10,000 reward to the person that contacts our foundation with the whereabouts leading to finding the body, or can hand over the body to authorities."
The foundation also shared a Change.org petition you can see here, which is searching for justice for Nugget. "Demanding that action be taken, the remaining dog taken into protective custody, and animal cruelty charges filed. Please sign and share the petition," it reads.
Neither Jenelle nor David have spoken out on the possible consequences David now faces after such a heinous act.
