Amber Portwood and Andrew Glennon Were Reportedly Talking Marriage Before Her Arrest

Before Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood’s arrest for domestic battery earlier this month, the 29-year-old Indiana-native was reportedly talking white gowns and wedding bells with her baby-daddy, Andrew Glennon.

A source tells Us Weekly that Glennon “has spoken about marriage on numerous occasions and has even mentioned a list of possible wedding destinations to the MTV production team in the past.”

This was before the July 5 arrest of Portwood, who allegedly threatened Glennon with a machete in the presence of their one-year-old son, James, and threatened to kill herself.

The MTV personality has been open about her struggle with bipolar and borderline personality disorders for some time now, but it seems that she has not been taking care herself the way that she should. The insider explained to Us Weekly that Glennon has been supportive of Portwood, but that “her lack of self-care with her mental disorders and choosing not to take her medications regularly has caused great stress among the two.”

Immediately after the arrest, Glennon filed a no-contact order against Portwood for both himself and James, as well as filed for sole custody.

Only time will tell if Glennon and Portwood will get their relationship back on track, and more importantly, if Portwood will accept the help and support she needs.
