Amber Portwood Posts Confusing Message About Drunk Driving and Protecting People
Since her July 5 arrest, Teen Mom OG star Amber Portwood and her estranged boyfriend Andrew Glennon have been taking to social media to defend themselves.
Amber was arrested for domestic battery after she allegedly hit Andrew while he was holding their one-year-old son, James. She also threatened to kill herself, and wielded a machete in the process.
After the arrest, Amber posted a cryptic photo about infidelity, sparking rumors that Andrew had been unfaithful to Amber prior to attack. Andrew shot back on Instagram, as well as in an exclusive interview with DailyMailTV, denying any accusations of cheating.
While the previous posts from Amber seemed relevant to her current troubles, her most recent (and now deleted) post is just flat out confusing.
The Ashley reports that the 29-year-old reality star posted a photo on Instagram this week of a Google search of drunk driving death statistics. In the caption she wrote, “Hmm…How long have I been quiet to protect people. I’m done!!!!!! Read in between the lines and let me be!! [praying hand emojis] DONE.”
Amber quickly deleted the post, and then shortly after, posted another photo of a quote from Keanu Reeves that says, “The simple act of paying attention can take you a long way.”
Could these posts be in response to Andrew’s interview, or are they further accusations about what happened the night of the arrest?
We will have to see how Andrew responds this time to know any more information.
