It looks like Amber Portwood will be heading back to face the judge. According to The Blast, her next court date is set for Oct. 31 as a result of her domestic battery case after her arrest this past July.

Amber's last appearance in court was Oct. 10, where she was ordered to pay $2,000. She had allegedly hoped that the bond would be returned but the judge denied her request. As The Blast reports, Amber is being charged with "domestic battery, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and a felony domestic battery."

Fans of Teen Mom OG will know that Amber was arrested on July 5 for allegedly attacking then-boyfriend Andrew Glennon while he was holding their son, James. It was reported that the mom-of-two used a machete to hit the door that Andrew had closed behind him to get away from her.

After the incident, audio was released of a fight between the two which shocked many. Amber sounded angry and hateful while Andrew sounded like he was trying to calm the situation, as the reality star threatened him and called him terrible names. As more evidence has surfaced, online support has shifted from Amber to Andrew, with more people calling for serious consequences for the MTV personality.

In response to the domestic battery, Andrew has reportedly requested that he could move to California with his son but Amber has contested the move, hoping that James stays in Indiana. We'll be keeping a close watch for any information from her next court date later this month.
