Why Fans Are Convinced Ariana Grande Might Join New Season of 'American Horror Story'

American Horror Story will be premiering its tenth season this fall, and co-creator Ryan Murphy already has fans speculating like crazy as to what'll happen next. Followers of the spooky show know by now that every season has a different theme and storylines, although certain events do happen in the same timeline across seasons. Typically the actors stay the same from season to season, with some variation. Recently, however, iHeartRadio reported that Murphy may have dropped a huge hint about a major celebrity joining, and fans are freaking out.

Murphy shared a picture on Instagram of the Rubber Man, a chilling character who first appeared in AHS: Murder House, along with the caption "coming soon." Shortly after posting the photo, he followed Ariana Grande on Instagram, which isn’t a big deal until you realize that Grande is now the only other person Murphy follows on the social media platform besides his husband.

Lady Gaga already set the precedent for pop star castings when she starred as The Countess on AHS: Hotel, and according to E! News, Ariana is a big fan of the show already, which is how she got her role on Murphy's show Scream Queens.

"Can we all just take a moment to think about how amazing it would be to have Ariana Grande in ahs," one fan wrote on Twitter. Another tweeted, "So apparently @MrRPMurphy followed @ArianaGrande on Instagram, please sweetie I’m not gonna pressure you, but my dms are open for any 'teasers' about ahs 10 I promise not to tell anyone."

Needless to say, Grande joining the show would be a dream come true for many. Only time will tell if she's joined this fan-favorite universe or not!
