Austin Butler gave fans a good look at his portrayal of the "King of Rock and Roll", icon Elvis Presley, in Baz Luhrman's Elvis movie, in the new trailer posted to his social media. Ahead of its global release, the actor stepped out on the red carpet in Cannes to sit down to watch the screening of the movie and treated fans online to a three-minute long preview trailer. He simply. captioned the post, "@ElvisMovie new trailer!".

In response, the comments section went wild, with fans and friends commenting on their excitement. Fellow actress, Ashley Tisdale, wrote: "Holy. Sh*t.".

While another Instagram user wrote, "Full. Body. Chills," and included a series of fire emojis.

The trailer sees Austin Butler's highly praised portrayal of rock icon Elvis Presley, from the glitzy outfits to the hysteria-inducing hip shimmying to the conflicts with his manager (Tom Hanks).
