Baby Yoda Already Top-Selling Pre-Order Funko Pop of All Time

There's no doubting that in the past few months, a particularly cute green creature has traveled from a galaxy far, far away and straight into our hearts. If you haven't seen the countless tweets and memes dedicated to Baby Yoda, maybe the obsessive craze over merchandise will prove it to you.

For the latest, Funko Pop announced they would be offering a Baby Yoda doll, and pre-sales have officially begun. As reported by ComicBook.com, the product, titled by its real name "The Child," is already the company's top-selling pre-order figure of all time. Considering they cater to all the major franchises, such as Game of Thrones, Dragon Ball, Marvel, and many more, this is a pretty impressive feat.

But at the same time, are we even surprised? The adorable character, who debuted in the first season of Star Wars: The Mandalorian on Disney+ this past November, has taken the world by storm. Baby Yoda has been seen on knock-off Etsy merch, in coffee designs, as tattoos, and even as a creepy fan-made doll going for hundreds of dollars. The Force is clearly strong with this one.
