Ben Higgins Just Reignited Those Demi Burnett and Nick Viall Dating Rumors

Here we go again. Demi Burnett just recently broke things off with boyfriend Slater Davis, but the romance rumor mill is already back in motion. Thanks to Ben Higgins, fans are convinced the Bachelor in Paradise star could be dating former Bachelor Nick Viall.

Now, it's no secret Demi and Nick have been friends for a while. But apparently, fellow Bachelor Nation member Ben thinks they're more than that. As Cosmopolitan reports, when Nick posted a photo hanging with Demi on June 20, Higgins slid into the comments section to say he "ships" the two as a couple.

Ben wasn't the only one to feel some type of way about the photo. "DATE," one person commented. "Are you guys together!!," another fan questioned.

While Nick didn't specify the dynamic of his relationship with Demi, he did recently admit to dating someone. During an episode of his Viall Files podcast, the host said, "I recently had a conversation with someone that I’m dating and the question was, ‘What if we’re not compatible about this thing?’ I was like, ‘We’re not compatible about that thing but I don’t know what that means about everything else.'” His cryptic episode left fans scratching their heads regarding who the unnamed woman is.

Though it sounds like the majority of fans are hoping Demi is the mystery woman in Nick's life, this is hardly the first time romance rumors have swirled for the two reality stars. Back in Nov. 2019, the Bachelorette alum debunked the speculation, explaining on his podcast that, "Demi is a close friend. She's a dear friend." Could they have turned into something more than that in the time that's passed? It's only up for speculation as of now!
