Carrie Fisher's Daughter Billie Lourd Engaged to Longtime Boyfriend Austen Rydell

Somebody call the Resistance, because the late and great Carrie Fisher's daughter is engaged! Billie Lourd's now-fiancé Austen Rydell shared the news on Instagram Thursday, along with an adorable series of photos of the two. According to People, Billie was more than happy to accept Austen's proposal.

"She said YES!! (Actually she said 'Duhhh') But I guess that’s even better than yes?!?," Austen wrote alongside the romantic pictures. You can check out his sweet post below.

Austen is constantly singing Billie's praises on his Instagram, calling her the "best partner and best friend I could ever imagine" and the "best girl the world." Billie is also constantly posting cute pics of the two traveling and just hanging out. They seem like a great couple who deserve all the happiness that comes their way!

Billie is known playing various roles on American Horror Story, her portrayal of Lieutenant Connix in the most recent Star Wars trilogy, and as Chanel #3 in the comedy horror series Scream Queens. She also appeared as Gigi in the coming-of-age film Booksmart. Austen also works in the entertainment industry as an actor and producer. Congratulations to the cute couple!
