Chelsea Houska Opens Up on When She'll Be Ready to Leave 'Teen Mom 2'
Chelsea Houska of Teen Mom 2 is opening up about staying in television for the long-term, and she says she may not do it forever.
Chelsea and her husband, Cole DeBoer, appeared on the podcast Don't Tell Mom and spoke about their lives on the MTV series and what it's like living in the public eye. According to Ok! Magazine, the host asked Chelsea, "Do you see yourself doing this forever? Or do you imagine you would get to a point in your life where you're like 'Nope, I just don't want to do television anymore'?"
Chelsea admitted that it can be hard on her mental health sometimes, saying, "You know I feel like, we would eventually get to a point, I don't feel it now. I've been through ups and downs where I'm like, 'Can I keep doing this?' You know? Is this healthy? Is this healthy for my mental state?"
The mom-of-three added that her priorities are her marriage and her children. "You go back and forth," she explained. "We are in such a good place right now, like I enjoy it, we like doing it, so right now, we're enjoying it. If it ever got to a place where it was not healthy for us, family and our marriage is number one."
Chelsea's not going to change anything immediately but it's good to see that she knows what's important in her life and wouldn't be afraid to leave Teen Mom 2 if anything came between her and her family.
