Chelsea Houska in Hot Water With Fans for Not Social Distancing With Aubree and Friends
The women of the Teen Mom franchise are certainly not immune to social media shade, and for Chelsea Houska's latest drama, the mom-of-three is being slammed for what followers believe is her not following the COVID-19 safety guidelines closely enough.
As states across the country are starting to open up, social distancing and wearing masks is still encouraged, so when Chelsea took to Instagram to share a shot of herself, her daughter Aubree, and a group of friends, her comments section lit up with criticism. People slammed her for being so close to her pals, as they posed for the photo all hugging one another. "Forget we’re in an epidemic Chelsea?," one angry commenter wrote, while another added, "Social distancing ladies [sick emoji]." A third said, "Good social distancing [crying laughing emojis]."
While Chelsea no doubt faced backlash for her post, others were quick to send their love and support, with many noting how old Aubree looks. "Aubree so cute [emojis] y’all look like sisters," one fan commented, with another adding, "Omg aubree is so grown up! Can’t believe I have watched her since she was born [heart emoji]," and a third writing, "Omg @chelseahouska Aubree is so big now! I still think of her as a little toddler [crying emojis]."
Chelsea has not responded to the comments about social distancing, and by the looks of her Instagram, she might be too busy to even read them.
