What do critics say about HBO's Sex and The City revival, Just Like That?
And Just Like That ... we're back into the fashionable New York world of Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker). The highly-anticipated revival of the iconic '00s HBO smash hit, Sex and The City finally arrived on Thursday, Dec. 9 and despite some mixed reviews, we simply loved the first two episodes, but what do the critics think? Is it worth the binge?

Radio Times said the series "never should have been made" and doing so without Kim Cattrall (Samantha Jones) "feels more like a cold, cynical business move than a true comeback". Kim refused to return to the series following a very public dispute with co-star Sarah Jessica Parker. However, The Independent had a different take, they said it is "so good that [Kim] Cattrall must be kicking herself".
It is "a return to form", which is "a minor miracle", the paper's critic Adam White wrote in his four-star review.
"There are still guffaws and glamour - Parker, in particular, looks unsurprisingly spectacular - but it also has emotional heft." The Wrap also said the new series proves the remaining three characters are "worthy of a comeback".
While reviews have been mixed, we think it's best to just give the new series a go! You might find it a bit like Marmite (or as the Australians call it, Vegemite) you'll love it, or you'll hate it, but either way let us know on Twitter!
