David Jason Accused of Sexual Harassment After Appearance on 'The One Show'
Popular actor David Jason has found himself under fire after a recent appearance on The One Show.
The comedian, best known for his role as Derek "Del Boy" Trotter on the fan-favorite series Only Fools and Horses, spoke to hosts Michelle Ackerley and Amol Rajan and recalled a particularly sketchy instance from his time on set for the long-running show. He explained:
"If I see something with any male or female, usually it’s the females I must admit, usually, I will pass comment and observe and put it on camera and they’ll save it. We can’t use it because it’s a bit sensitive, so what I got was an award and what it is, is on a block is a golden sausage, and it’s the award for the best innuendo."
Jason really made the story obvious when he added, "You’ve got to use your imagination. What was it that I saying or what was I doing. You daren’t bend down if I’m in the show." Clearly, this raised more than just a few eyebrows.
Many people took to social media to complain about Jason's inappropriate story, with some even accusing him of sexual harassment while on Only Fools and Horses.
People are saying that just because Jason is a favorite for many, that doesn't mean we should ignore the alarming story he shared.
Some are even saying that referring to Jason as a "national treasure" isn't right.
Jason has yet to respond to the accusations.
