Dwayne Johnson reveals he's nearly wrapped production on 'Black Adam'
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, 50, has revealed he's nearly wrapped production on DC's anti-hero flick, Black Adam. The actor, who most recently starred in Netflix's Red Notice alongside Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot, has been busy filming the new movie set in the DC superhero world, and on Monday revealed that he's nearly wrapped production on the new movie.
The 50-year-old Jungle Cruise actor and former WWE wrestler shared an image of him on the set of Black Adam in his full anti-hero costume (which includes a cape, a huge lighting bolt down the middle and everything!). He wrote in the caption: "Intense week of production continues as we put the finishing touches on BLACK ADAM [lightning bolt emoji]
He continued: "Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of playing some great (fun) characters over the years, but none speak to my DNA more than this antihero known as the man in black, Teth Adam. Rage against the dying of the light."
And ominously finished off: "The hierarchy of power in the DC Universe is about to change." Check out the post below!
After a delay Black Adam is set to premiere October 21 2022.
