Sex Education actress Emma Mackey to star opposite Margot Robbie in Barbie movie

Sex Education actress Emma Mackey -- who has been compared to the Wolf of Wall Street and I Tonya actress several times due to their uncanny likeness, especially when the French-British actress has her hair dyed blonde in a similar style to the Australian actress -- will be starring across from Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling in the upcoming live-action adaptation of Barbie.

According to insiders, the actress, 26, who is known for her role as Maeve Wiley in the Netflix drama, will start filming on the blockbuster in the next few weeks.

While it has already been revealed that Margot, 31, will play Barbie and Ryan, 41, will be Ken, for the moment, it is unknown what part Emma will play, however, given Emma and Margot's likeness it's highly probable that the Sex Education actress will portray one of Barbie's three sisters in the live-action adaptation.

Our best guess is that Emma Mackey will portray Skipper in the series, Barbie's younger, rebellious sister.

A definite release date has yet to be revealed, but the Barbie movie is slated to hit theaters sometime in 2023.
