Ezra Miller is at the center of a major controversy this week after the actor was caught on tape seemingly choking a fan. Known for roles like Credence Barebone in the Fantastic Beasts movies and Barry Allen/The Flash in the DC film franchise, Miller can be seen in the video putting his hands on the woman's neck and pushing her to the ground. The short clip was released online and has quickly circulated on social media. You can see the video for yourself below.

The clip shows the mystery woman and Miller standing next to each other. The woman seems to be dancing, or play-fighting with the actor, her hands moving back and forth in a calm, playful manner. The woman even appears to be smiling in the first few seconds of the clip, however the seemingly casual moment turns intense very quickly.

As the woman moves towards him, Miller responds by saying, "Oh, you wanna fight? That’s what you wanna do?," also grabbing her throat with both of his hands. Miller then proceeds to push the woman up against some type of surface, choking her the whole time. After a second, the actor pushes the woman to the ground, his hands still gripping her neck as he shoves her. In the background, a man can be heard cautiously saying, "Woah, bro. Bro." The clip ends there.

Variety spoke to a source from the Iceland bar where the video was recorded, who confirmed that, "the incident took place around 6 p.m. on April 1 at Prikið Kaffihús, a trendy bar in central Reykjavik that Miller frequents when he is in town."

Although the video is getting tons of traction on social media today, neither party has come forward to explain what went down. We can only hope the woman is okay.
