Where was Penn Badgely spotted filming?

Rather than the streets of Paris, like we saw him walking at the end of season 3,  Penn Badgley was spotted filming as Joe Goldberg in London. And yes, he was in full costume! Tati Gabrielle - who also reprises her role as Marianne Bellamy, Joe's new eye of affection - was also spotted filming scenes for the upcoming new season in the streets of London.

Joe. who we assume will be going by a new name now, was pictured sporting a rugged look complete with a shaggy beard and disheveled hair, wearing a cream-colored suit and white shirt. Check out the pics below!
