Here's Reportedly When David Eason Lost Custody of His Son Kaden

Earlier this week, former Teen Mom 2 star David Eason took to Facebook to slam the mother of his son, Olivia Leedham. He did this as a response to Leedham’s GoFundMe page, which asked for donations to help her pay for a custody battle for their son, Kaden.

In the post, Eason stated:

“I am super scared for my son Kaden’s safety. His mother is on drugs and has kept him from me for a long time trying to hide her bad habits. This woman has kept Kaden from me since before he was born, when she asked me to sign a paper saying I didn’t have to be the dad. Olivia was always very [abusive] towards me and even put my son’s life in danger several time[s] while she was pregnant.”

Though Eason made it seem like he was on the verge of losing his son to a horrible woman, Us Weekly reports that he actually lost custody a long time ago. According to the court documents, Kaden began displaying alarming behavior in July 2018, crying uncontrollably and begging not to go to Eason’s house.

Kaden's behavior was investigated, and later resulted in Eason’s visitation rights being suspended that November. However, Eason is still allowed to talk to his Kaden via Skype two days a week.

It seems that, due to this tumultuous history, it should be fairly simple for Leedham to gain full custody of Kaden...or that she might already have it.
