Here's Who the Cast of 'Stranger Things' is Dating in Real Life

As we wait (not so patiently) for the third season of Stranger Things Season 3 to premiere, we can't help but predict all the romances that might go down in the upcoming episodes. After all, star Finn Wolfhard has dubbed the season the "summer of love," and as we all know, the Hawkins gang is growing up. Mike and Eleven have been confirmed to be in a full-blown relationship in the third season, and Max and Lucas seem to be an item as well. Plus, we can't forget how much we're always shipping Hopper and Joyce.

Well, despite who we want our favorite characters to end up with in Stranger Things, let's look at who the actors behind them are dating in real life as we prepare for the new season on July 4.

This seems to be a common question. While many of the characters are dating each other in the series, only one real-life couple has come out of Stranger Things...so far.

Nancy Wheeler and Jonathan Byers Dating in Real Life

Nancy Wheeler and Jonathan Byers took their fictional connection offscreen, as the actors behind them, Natalia Dyer and Charlie Heaton, began dating in real life even before their characters officially got together in Season 2. Rumors began circulating of them dating back in 2016, and the pair made their red carpet debut as a couple by 2017. They have since attended multiple public events together.

David Harbour (Updated Oct. 2019)

Fresh off his relationship with Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them star Alison Sudol, David Harbour began dating singer Lily Allen. The two sparked romance rumors in Sept. 2019, and made things Instagram official the month following. Previously, Harbour dated Julia Stiles and was engaged to Maria Thayer.

Millie Bobby Brown

Are Eleven and Mike Dating in Real Life?

First of all, no, Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven) and Finn Wolfhard (Mike) are not dating in real life. While nothing has been confirmed, Millie Bobby Brown was most recently rumored to be dating Romeo Beckham, son of Victoria and David. The Sun reported in March 2019 that the pair had been flirting on social and were an item. Since then, however, the rumors have died down. Previously, Millie dated singer Jacob Sartorius on and off between 2017 and 2018.

Winona Ryder

Winona Ryder started dating fashion designer Scott Mackinlay Hahn back in 2011, but according to PopSugar, it doesn't seem marriage is in the cards for the couple, despite still being together. The actress told Net-a-Porter in 2016, "I'm a serial monogamist. I'd rather never have been married than been divorced a few times. Not that there's anything wrong with divorce, but I don't think I could do it if that was a possibility."

Joe Keery

Steve Harrington actor Joe Keery made his red carpet debut with his girlfriend, It Follows star Maika Monroe, in Oct. 2017, and they have since attended multiple events together. The pair also often posts photos of one another on their social media accounts. They even acted alongside one another in the 2018 film After Everything, which also stars Jeremy Allen White and Marisa Tomei.

Gaten Matarazzo

Gaten Matarazzo has been dating girlfriend Lizzy Yu since March 2018, and has since sweetly opened up about their relationship. "My family loves her, she’s great," the actor told Us Weekly. "My brother and my sister get along with her great."

Dacre Montgomery

Billy Hargrove actor Dacre Montgomery has been in a relationship with a fellow Australian, model Liv Pollock. While the pair couple up for public events, their social media pages are more career-based and private, not often including photos of one another.
