Here's Why Khloé Kardashian Has to Call an Ambulance for Kris Jenner in New 'KUWTK' Episode

Kris Jenner learned the hard way that she has to use the front door when she comes to visit her daughter, Kim Kardashian West.

E! News reports that, in a teaser clip below from this week’s upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, Kim receives a panicked phone call from her sister, Khloé, saying, “Oh my god, Kim. You’ve got to come… Your security just f**king tackled Mom.” Kris can be heard in the background crying, yelling for Khloé and saying, “My neck!”

Kim understandably looks terrified, asking over and over what happened, while relaying the conversation to her BFF, Jonathan Cheban. Khloé explains, “We were in the backyard, and Mom came down, I told her to go around [to the front entrance], but she didn’t, and they just tackled her!” She then tells Kim, “The ambulance is on their way now.”

E! News explains that the KKW Beauty mogul had recently upped security at her and her husband, Kanye West's, home in Hidden Hills.

But, like, is Kris okay? I guess she is, since we have seen her make appearances with Kylie Jenner on The Ellen DeGeneres Show recently, but she seemingly was badly injured. I guess we will have to wait for the episode to air this Sunday to see what damage was done to the Kar-Jenner matriarch.
