How Did Yris Palmer and Kylie Jenner Become Friends?

Every mother needs a fellow mom-friend to help them get through the tough times, even if you are a billionaire makeup mogul like Kylie Jenner. And while the 22-year-old reality star does have a tight-knit group of gals she hangs with around the world, one of her BFFs, Yris Palmer, is the only one who knows the ups and downs of parenthood.

Yris has popped up on Kylie’s Instagram multiple times, and the two are obviously very close, but how did the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star meet the 29-year-old mom? It turns out that Kylie’s pal also shares a kick for entrepreneurship, as well. Yris is the CEO Star Lash Extensions and owner of Star Lash Beauty Bar in Los Angeles, California. As Beauty Launch Pad reports, Yris has been able to transform the business in less than five years to be a hub for A-listers hungry to get the latest last trends. Of those celebrities is, of course, Kylie.

Yris said of the Kylie Cosmetics founder, “I’ve been doing Kylie’s lashes for about four years now, and we’ve changed her style throughout the years. Right now, I stick to doing her lashes very natural, and she [inherently] has very beautiful, long lashes, which makes my job a lot easier!”

It seems that Kylie not only keeps a tight circle of girlfriends around her, but also a tight circle of boss-ladies.
