How Kourtney Kardashian Reportedly Played a Part in Scott Disick and Sofia Richie's Split

This week brought word that Scott Disick and Sofia Richie had officially split after nearly three years, and fans are now, expectedly, trying to figure out what went wrong. While many people were against the pair's vast age difference and were still rooting for Scott and Kourtney Kardashian to get back together at first, they had become a fan-favorite couple by the end of it. So why the split?

According to sources for US Weekly, Scott is "trying to get better and focus on work" after his brief stint in rehab last month, meaning time to himself is necessary. However, another report from PageSix says that Kourtney was one of the reasons for the breakup. "Scott had gone back to his old ways and Sofia got fed up," an insider first told the publication, adding, "Kourtney didn’t make it easy for her, and you can only tolerate that kind of treatment for so long." Woah. This would be news for fans, as we were led to believe that Sofia got along great with the Kardashian-Jenner family.

But even if Sofia and Kourtney were on good terms, it was probably super hard for the 21-year-old model to deal with people still shipping Scott and his baby mama. Over on Reddit, fans have been discussing the big breakup, with many users ready for Scott and Kourt to get back together ASAP. "Lol him and Kourtney are gonna get back together eventually... And maybe even have another kid," one person speculated, while another wrote, "My gut feeling is that somehow, if Kourtney and Scott don’t end up back together, they will at least have another kid."

Considering Sofia is extremely private with her personal life, combined with the fact that Kourtney has stepped back from Keeping Up With the Kardashians so she can live some of her life off camera, we honestly doubt we'll ever find out the true reason for Scott and Sofia's split.
