Idris Elba hosted Saturday Night Live for the first time this past weekend, and channeled the Marvel Cinematic Universe in one hilarious sketch.

The 46-year-old actor made an appearance in the sketch titled "The Impossible Hulk," which portrayed Bruce Banner as a superhero who, while working in his lab located above a Tory Burch, was radiated and became an "emboldened white woman" every time he did not get his way.

The sketch shined a light on an issue of race, as in every scenario in the sketch, when Elba became his alter ego he was treated differently and got his way. It acted as a social commentary on the difference between how people of color and white people are treated in heated situations, and maintained the show's comedic aspect.

Elba took on the role perfectly, as did Cecily Strong who portrayed his alter ego. Their comedic timing and subtle nuances took the skit from another funny three-minute performance to a striking social commentary, making us hope to see the actor host again in the future!
