Jenelle Evans and David Eason Spotted Out for New York Fashion Week

Former Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans and her husband David Eason took a break from their usual drama and went on a little trip to New York City for Fashion Week.

E! News reports that the couple was spotted on the red carpet for the ELF SACKS show this week. Despite the ongoing bad press the couple has received this year, Evans and Eason looked relaxed and stylish at the event.

As you might've heard, the couple lost custody of their children earlier this year after Eason allegedly killed their family dog, Nugget, for nipping at their daughter. They then regained custody in July, and it was later rumored that the incident was purely a publicity stunt, an allegation that Evans vehemently denies.

Those troubles seemed to be far from Evans’ mind at the event, however. On her Instagram Story, she shared clips from the runaway, with Eason always by her side. Even at such a glamorous show, the 27-year-old star was able to find some connection to her country lifestyle, posting a picture of a model wearing an oversized t-shirt with a picture of a goat on it.

After the show, the couple went to the popular spot Sugar Factory for drinks. Evans shared a video of their bubbling cocktails on Instagram.

Maybe after the scandal, a date night out in the Big Apple is exactly what Evans and Eason needed.
