Jenelle Evans Confirms She Officially Won't Be Returning to 'Teen Mom 2'
It looks like despite the recent major changes to Jenelle Evans' life, she won't be returning to Teen Mom 2 after all.
The 28-year-old former MTV personality was famously fired from the longtime reality series last year after her controversial husband David Eason shot and killed their dog. Child Protective Services (CPS) promptly removed their children from their home, and the couple had to fight in court to get them back. But by Oct. 2019, to the shock of most fans, Jenelle decided to leave David. This left many wondering if she could then win her spot back on Teen Mom 2, considering she was turning over a new leaf.
Well, Jenelle is getting straight to the truth, confirming to E! News this week that she will not be coming back to the reality series—but that doesn't mean she's done with the cameras. "I'm officially out of contract with MTV in April," she shared. "That was the only thing I was waiting on to move forward. Once April comes around, I can start talking to other networks, thank God!"
While we don't know what other networks Jenelle is interested in working with, there were rumors soon after her termination that she had been in talks to join Marriage Boot Camp alongside David, though WE Tv quickly debunked that idea via Twitter.
But even with her controversial past, we're sure the North Carolina native won't have too much trouble landing a spot back on our screens. Watch out!
