Jenelle Evans' Friend Who David Eason Threatened Says the Controversial Pair Are Already Back Together
It's no secret Jenelle Evans and David Eason have shared a tumultuous relationship, but it seemed she was finally ready to walk away after he was arrested twice in a 48-hour span. Now, it appears that's not the case.
In the days after Jenelle’s pal James Spivey alleged that her husband assaulted him with a gun and threatened to kill him, he chatted with The Sun about the scary incident. Apparently, the violent episode hasn't changed the dynamic of Jenelle's relationship. "She’s [Jenelle] claiming she’s with relatives, but it’s the opposite,” he said. "She’s staying at the property. They’re back together. She made it very clear she doesn’t want to be alone. She doesn’t want to live on the property alone.”
After David was arrested, Jenelle vowed to leave her partner for good. "I'm shaking and saddened by this, it's time for me to move on from this relationship and find happiness for my kids and myself elsewhere," she told Celebernation at the time. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case, according to James. "She hasn’t filed the restraining order," he explained in speaking to The Sun. "On Friday she had the paperwork for the restraining order, but did not file it on Monday like she said."
“When she reached out to me and Josh, she said she had to get out of the relationship. She said she was filing a restraining order, but she didn’t do it," James added.
Whatever happens for Jenelle and David's relationship, here's to hoping the children stay safe.
