Lights, camera, positive vibes only.
As reported by The Sun, Jenelle Evans is working on a new, drama-free project. The reality star teased the project on her Instagram Story, writing, “Cannot waaaait to share the project I’m involved with! It’s going to be super fun, positive vibes, and no drama! Very different. “I’ll keep you posted with updates within these new few months. #Staytuned.”
Very different, indeed. The former Teen Mom 2 star was fired from the show in May 2019 after her estranged husband David Eason shot and and killed the family dog, Nugget. For months, fans were speculating whether or not Jenelle would ever return to the show solo and now it looks like that's a definite no, at least for now.
A source for The Sun claims that Jenelle’s contract was “not getting renewed” for Teen Mom 2 and that they “don’t want her back.” Apparently, that's not what the mom-of-three wanted. The source added that the controversial star attempted to set up a meeting, but MTV "didn't comply."
Currently, there have been rumors that Jenelle and David are reconciling, but Jenelle continues to say they're simply co-parenting. Still, many fans believe that all of their recent hangouts is because they are definitely getting back together. People got understandably more concerned after discovering Jenelle got a new dog, and David was helping her buy pet supplies.
So does this mean the new "positive" project will include Eason as well? We certainly hope not.
