Jenelle Evans Reportedly Refuses to Visit Son Kaiser Unless David Eason is Allowed to Come

Sadly for her children, it appears former Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is continuing to put her husband's needs first.

As the couple is currently still fighting for custody of their children after they were removed from their home by Child Protective Services (CPS), the court hearing has spanned over days and will reportedly continue this Friday, May 24. But in the meantime, it appears Jenelle has had the chance to visit her kids, but chose not to see Kaiser. The reason? Because David Eason couldn't come.

According to both TMZ and The Ashley, Kaiser's father Nathan apparently told Jenelle that she could come see their son--but only if David wasn't present. But the 27-year-old reality star refused his offer, instead choosing to FaceTime with Kaiser.

The Ashley also confirms that Jenelle is even trying to have Kaiser taken into the care of her friend instead of Nathan. "Jenelle tried to convince the judge that Nathan was not fit to have Kaiser, and asked that he and Ensley be placed with her friend Katrina," a source says. Katrina was also allegedly spotted outside of the courthouse, as seen in the video below.

The judge reportedly denied Jenelle's request, and Kaiser has remained in the care of Nathan and his mom Doris.

We'll see how the next day of court goes for Jenelle and David, but it's telling that she won't even visit Kaiser if the circumstances aren't in her favor.
