Jenelle Evans Shares Sweet Pic With Son Jace in Time for the Holidays

It seems that since former Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans left her estranged husband, David Eason, she has had more opportunities to spend quality time with her eldest child, Jace.

The mom-of-three just took to Snapchat to post a sweet picture of her and her 10-year-old son, whom she shares with her ex, Andrew Lewis, PopCulture.com reports. The two look happy and cozy, smiling and lounging together on what looks to be a couch.

The adorable pic follows the MTV star's return to Instagram since announcing her split from Eason. Last week, she posted pictures of herself wearing a yellow sweater for her birthday .

Though Evans has been looking pretty content with her newly-found freedom, many of the struggles are still ahead of her. After a recent court hearing, the 28-year-old star was granted an extension on the restraining order she filed against Eason, a precaution she said was necessary due to his abusive behavior and “stockpile of weapons.” The order currently protects her and her children, including two-year-old Ensley who she shares with Eason.

Despite the drama, it seems that Evans is trying to have the happiest holidays she can with her kiddos. We'll see if she spends Christmas with mom Barbara and the whole family or not.
