In their new delightful podcast Office Ladies, Jenna Fischer and Angela Kinsey, who played Pam and Angela on The Office, dish the secrets behind each episode of the hit NBC show.

The most recent episode went over the first episode of Season 2, "The Dundies." Fans will remember that this is the first time viewers experience the award ceremony hosted by Michael Scott at the local Chili's. Fans will also remember that this is the time we see quiet, well-behaved Pam get extremely drunk. She giggles, she falls off of her chair, and she—wait, what? Kisses Jim!

The kiss is so quick it hardly registers, forcing Fischer and Kinsey to hash out the much-debated fan question on their podcast: Is this Jim and Pam's first kiss, or does their first kiss happen during “Casino Night”? Well, Fischer doesn't feel that their Chili's kiss counted, but apparently, John Krasinski thinks differently.

According to Mashable, Fischer said of Krasinski, “John said that Jim, who is not drunk, was very aware that they just kissed on the lips. This was a whole conversation that we had off-camera.”

Kinsey, an objective outsider to the moment, gave her opinion, saying, “You planted one on him. I agree with him [John] though. I see both sides. I see for you as a drunk person that you just kind of hug and you’re a little bit sloppy, but I see for him as a sober person that this person he’s in love with just kissed him.”

Of course, the first big kiss happens on “Casino Night,” the final episode for Season 2. But, I mean, Pam does technically kiss Jim at Chili's.
