Jennifer Del Rio From '16 and Pregnant': Where is She Now?

Fans of MTV's Teen Mom franchise will most likely remember Jennifer Del Rio from 16 and Pregnant in an episode which aired in 2011. The then-16-year-old girl featured on the show when she was pregnant with then-boyfriend Josh Smith. Her episode followed Jenn as she prepared for twins, and dealt with family drama. Before giving birth, Josh proposed to the mom-to-be, which she accepted.

Jenn gave birth to sons Joshua Devan and Noah Matthew in Oct. 2010. After her time on the show, drama ensued, as she broke things off with Josh after he proved to be aggressive.

So what is Jennifer up to now? Well, she got married to Luis Gutiérrez in 2013 and had two more children, a son named Sebastian and a daughter named Annabella Cherie. According to the mother-of-four's Instagram, which she updates frequently, she's still happily married to Luis, and they seemingly have a very happy family.

Jenn also has a YouTube channel where she posts updates nearly regularly. Her latest video, posted yesterday, celebrates daughter Annabella's first birthday.

It seems despite no longer being on MTV, Jenn still has a pretty solid fan-base. On her latest video, she received comments such as, "She is so cute crazy that she is 1 already," and "Awe she is so beautiful." Another even wrote, "Hey girl I'm watching your episode now its on tv lol."
