Kailyn Lowry Admits She'd Try Gender Selection for a Girl Next Pregnancy

Kailyn Lowry of Teen Mom 2 fame is about to expand her family of boys, but it doesn't seem she's ready to give up on having a daughter just yet.

The 27-year-old Pennsylvania native confirmed on Feb. 4 that she was pregnant with her fourth child after rumors circulated for weeks, and more recently revealed it was another boy. Kail is already mom to 10-year-old Isaac, six-year-old Lincoln, and two-year-old Lux. Back in June, she told fans during a YouTube video, "I'm happy with my three boys but I do, I really wish I could have a girl at some point in life." And since her pregnancy announcement, she's been teasing on social media that perhaps baby number five is a possibility.

Well, now she's doing it again, according to InTouchWeekly, talking about having a daughter with a fan on Instagram. When someone commented, "It's okay KAIL KEEP TRYING FOR THE BABY GIRL YOU WANT," the MTV personality responded, "I would do gender selection at this point [crying laughing face]."

Others were quick to jump in, with one responding to Kailyn, "Or maybe adopt a little girl? That might be nice :) x." Another added, "She'd have 4 very protective brothers at this point! Go for it."

It wouldn't be entirely surprising if Kailyn decided to get pregnant another time. Despite claiming in October that she wouldn't have another child until she was engaged or married, it's been all but confirmed that baby number four is fathered by her ex-boyfriend, Chris Lopez, who is also dad to her youngest, Lux. It seems Kail is just happy to expand her family no matter her dating situation and doesn't need a man to make her happy!
