Kanye West post throwback pic with mom Donda West following anniversary of passing

Controversial rapper, Kanye West - or "Ye" as he is now officially known - shared a special picture to his Instagram timeline. The 44-year-old artist shared with his 9.1 million followers a throwback picture of himself with the late Donda West, the star's mom who passed away in 2007.

Just two days after the anniversary of his mom's passing, the rapper who was married to KUWTK star Kim Kardashian - who's currently rumoured to be dating Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson - shared an image of himself as a baby being cradled by his mom who looked down at him and grinned from ear to ear, while the newborn Kanye smiled up at his mama.

The image, despite having no caption, gained over 1.5 million likes in just hours of being uploaded to social media by the rapper.
