Kendall Jenner Talks Possibility of Getting Engaged to Ben Simmons
Although Kendall Jenner has always been extremely secretive regarding her romantic relationships, she has briefly touched upon Ben Simmons, her current basketball player boyfriend. And now in her new cover story for Vogue Australia, she's opened up on why she keeps things personal to her out of the spotlight, and even surprisingly addressed the possibility of getting engaged soon.
"I got a glimpse of how my sisters dealt with [the attention] and it’s cool to learn from that," Kendall shared. "For me, a lot of things are very special and very sacred, like my friends and relationships, and I personally think that bringing things into the public makes everything so much messier."
The cover story did mention, however, that Kendall was streaming Ben's game while she was in hair and makeup for the shoot, and she FaceTimed him later on—confirming the pair is still very much together.
"Also I’m very young and right now I feel like relationships aren’t always super-certain and I don’t want to bring too much attention to something if you don’t really know long term [what it’s going to be]," the model continued. "A relationship is only meant to be between two people, and the second you make it the world’s business is when it starts messing with the two people mentally. Like once everyone is let in, you’re letting all these opinions into your relationships, and I don’t think that’s fair."
As Kendall is the new face of Tiffany & Co, Vogue had to sneak in the question of whether she'll be rocking a Tiffany diamond engagement ring anytime soon. "Maybe. Definitely not now, but maybe one day," she replied, laughing.
We didn't expect marriage to be in the cards for Kenny anytime soon, but we're happy to know her and Ben are still going strong.
