Kim Kardashian Channels Her Inner Elle Woods as She Studies in String Bikini
Although there's still a long wait until the third instalment in the Legally Blonde franchise, Kim Kardashian is giving us some serious Elle Woods (a character made iconic by Reese Witherspoon) vibes in her recent Instagram post.
The 40-year-old KKW Beauty founder is currently studying to become a qualified lawyer, just like her late father before her, Robert Kardashian, but the gruelling task of studying doesn't seem to be stopping her from enjoying some sun and topping up her bronzed tan, at the same time.
In the latest Instagram update, it shows the reality star hard at work, studying for the bar exam, while sporting a designer scarf on her head and a tiny tan string bikini. The SKIMS founder captioned the photo, "Studying in the Sun."
Many fans and friends of the star were quick to comment on her resemblance to Elle Woods, who famously wore a sparkly string bikini for her admissions tape to Harvard Law School.
Her friend Jonathan Cheban, aka foodgod, joked in the comments section, "What law school is this??? Asking for a friend? LOL."
Kacey Musgraves wrote, "Elle Woods wishes," while social media star Justin Laboy added, "This is my sign to go back to school."

Of course, this isn't the first time that the reality star has been compared to Elle Woods, and has even had fun with the comparison before!
In 2019, Kim Kardashian decided to have some fun with her fans as she recreated some of Legally Blonde Elle's iconic looks from the movie as well as her Harvard admission video essay, for Halloween that year.
Here's Kardashian playing Elle in her take of the movie's iconic essay tape:
In an interview with Vogue in 2019, Kim announced her plans to become an attorney, like her father, the late Robert Kardashian. She shared her plans to take the bar exam in 2022, with the publication. Confessing:
"I had to think long and hard about this. I just felt like I wanted to be able to fight for people who have paid their dues to society. I just felt like the system could be so different, and I wanted to fight to fix it, and if I knew more, I could do more."
