Kim Kardashian Gets Mom-Shamed Again for New Photo of Daughter North

With every post Kim Kardashian shares on social media, there will always be an abundance of haters ready to tell her what they think she's doing wrong. And when it comes to parenting, she kind of gets mom-shamed a whole lot. Let's look at the latest—and of course, unfair—example.

KKW took to Instagram recently to share a sweet candid photo of her five-year-old daughter North West, as she's eating a snack and holding a cellphone. She appears to be in prep for a photoshoot (perhaps for her WWD magazine cover), as she's sitting in a chair with her hair and makeup done. Kim's caption simply includes a few cute emojis.

Kim's comments section flooded with fans, per usual, with one writing, "Wonderful," and another adding, "My kids love goldfish too she looks beautiful." However, the reality star also received a slew of hateful remarks, especially concerning the fact that North is on the phone and is all made up.

"Take the phone away from her and teach her how to play like a straight forward [sic] child and not model !!!!!," one upset commenter wrote. Another said, "Straightening her hair so young and so often teaching her to hate her natural curls at a young age .. so sad!" A third commented, "Why does that child have make up [sic] on ? Let her be a child and enjoy life instead of living in front of the camera."

Others were quick to defend the innocent photo against all the criticism, however, with one writing, "Do people with their 'stop straightening her hair so much' comments know this is an old photo from her photoshoot."

It's clear people on the internet are always quick to judge—and Kim seems to get the most of their backlash.
