Kim Kardashian and Kanye West made headlines in May after the rapper's former bodyguard, Steve Stanulis, opened up in an interview on the Hollywood Raw podcast about his experience working for the famous couple.

For context, he said that Kanye was "one of [his] least favorite people to work with," and brazenly accused the couple of staging paparazzi photos in advance. “First of all, there’s no way [paparazzi] doesn’t get called up front. There’s no way every time they are leaving, all these people know about it," he claimed. "There’s definitely somebody calling ahead. That’s just my opinion…I’m just saying it’s coincidental that wherever we are, they’re always there."

That wasn't the only tea he spilled. the bodyguard, who has worked with celebs like Leonardo DiCaprio, Cameron Diaz, and Woody Harrelson, said that the rapper would get angry at him for trying to do his job. "Technically, I'm supposed to walk in front of you. I gotta make sure you're okay," Stanulis explained. "Instead of saying thank you, [Kanye] was mad at me for being in the shot." Kim and Kanye didn't respond to the allegations... until now!

As reported by TMZ, the couple fired off a cease and desist letter to Stanulis, claiming that he made "false and defamatory" statements on the podcast, as well as breaching their confidentiality agreement. According to the letter, KimYe claims that Stanulis signed the agreement in Feb. 2016, and it prohibits him from talking about their personal or business information. The couple is threatening to sue him for at least $10 million for breaching the confidentiality contract if he speaks out again.

Stanulis' publicist, Zack Teperman, tells TMZ that there has been no such breach. "For Kanye and Kim's counsel to send out a threatening letter to bully my client against his rights is unwarranted. My client has already made it clear that he respects Kanye, their time working together," Teperman said. "If Kanye and Kim wish to continue this further, that is up to them, but I think their time and money would be better suited helping out with more pressing matters in our society than what happened many years ago."

Who knows if Stanulis is really in violation of a contract or not, but hopefully his actions don't earn him a $10 million lawsuit!
