Although the 40-year-old SKIMS founder mostly keeps her kids - North, eight, Saint, five, Chi, three, and Psalm, two - off social media, on occasion, Kim shares some adorable snaps of her kids, to the delight of her 240 million Instagram followers! - and on Monday, August 2, the former KUWTK star shared a sweet snap of her youngest, Psalm, during lunch.
