Change surely is not easy for everyone, and if these reports are true, it looks like Kit Harington is having a bit of troubling transitioning from one of the biggest TV shows in history, Game of Thrones.

Page Six reports that the 32-year-old actor checked into a "luxury" rehab facility weeks ago in Connecticut, after concluding the HBO series allegedly caused him great stress and alcohol abuse. Multiple sources tell the publication that the show ending "really hit him hard."

It's also being reported that Harington is currently undergoing "psychological coaching, practicing mindful meditation and cognitive behavioral therapy," at the tune of over $120,000 a month. Thankfully for the actor, his wife, Rose Leslie, who starred alongside him for three seasons of Game of Thrones as his on-screen love Ygritte, is being incredibly supportive in his time of need.

A source told Page Six that, "He realized ‘this is it — this is the end’, it was something they had all worked so hard on for so many years. He had a moment of, what next? He’s in the clinic predominantly for stress and exhaustion and also alcohol."

As we've heard from multiple actors and Harington himself, wrapping up a series like Thrones was emotional to say the very least. We're wishing the actor the best, if this report is true, and hope he can find a peace of mind amid all the craziness of the show ending.
