Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick may have split years ago, but fans of the famous family know how strong their co-parenting relationship is. That being said, it's not entirely surprising that the two exes just jetted off on a vacation together to celebrate Scott's birthday, however fans are raising their eyebrows at the fact that the dad-of-three is reportedly recently single.

Scott and Sofia Richie are reportedly on a "break," with sources explaining that the 37-year-old reality star is taking time to work on himself after his brief stint in rehab last month. Now, fans are all about the trip he and Kourtney just took with their kids, as they headed to Lake Powell, Utah over Memorial Day Weekend. According to US Weekly, while the two didn't pose for any photos together, it was made obvious by their social media posts that they were vacationing at the same spot.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star posted a photo wearing a bikini to Instagram, captioning it, "Escape to the desert." She also shared a shot while on horseback with the kids, simply writing, "western." She continued to update followers on the trip via her Instagram Story. For Scott's part, he shared his own desert photos to his Instagram Story, saying how "pretty" their daughter Penelope looked (per US Weekly). The fam has since returned to Los Angeles and celebrated Scott's birthday with other members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan this week.

While Kourtney and Scott likely aren't getting back together just because they're both now single, it's still great to see them continuing to have a close relationship for the sake of their kids and the entire family.
