The husbands of the Real Housewives franchise have had an awful week and a half. First came RHOA's Peter Thomas, who spent a few days in jail because of alleged check fraud. Then, RHONJ's Joe Giudice was taken into ICE custody on Wednesday.

Now, another Real Housewives husband is in deep trouble. RHOBH's Kyle Richards' husband Mauricio Umansky is being accused of fraud due to a shady selling of a mansion. According to court documents obtained by In Touch Weekly, Umansky is being sued for a handful of complaints including breach of settlement agreement and order, breach of fiduciary duties, statutory violations, and intentional fraud.

“This case involves brazen breaches of fiduciary duties by a high-end real estate broker and his firm [UMRO Realty Corp], who were hired to sell a multi-million-dollar Malibu estate owned by [Sweetwater Malibu CA, LLC],” claim the documents. “[Umansky and UMRO] violated virtually every one of these duties, by engaging in blatant acts of self-dealing, earning secret profits, and both failing to disclose and outright misrepresenting material facts.”

The suit also cites the sale to a man named Mauricio Oberfeld, one of UMRO’s other partners. The documents say that through flagrant breaches, Oberfeld was able to purchase the property for less than $32 million, which is "well below its potential price."

The document also says that less than a year after purchasing the property, Oberfeld sold it for nearly $70 million, resulting in "massive profits" that he shared with Defendants.

"By the time Umansky persuaded Sweetwater to accept Oberfeld's offer at $33.5 million, he was already secretly discussing sale of to a third party for almost $10 million more," the documents say.

Richards has yet to comment on the major lawsuit, but we're sure she will soon.
