All About Kylie Jenner's New $36.5 Million Estate in Los Angeles
By Rachel Reed
Kylie Jenner just bought a brand new house, and of course, it's fit for a queen.
According to People, the makeup mogul will be now social distancing at her lavish home in Holmby Hills for the staggering price of $36.5 million. There's never been a more optimal time for a stay-at-home decorating project and the reality star certainly has the time and money on her hands to do so. And as for her wallet, she received one heck of a discount, with the reported listing formerly at $45,950,000. The estate was originally going for $55 million.
The costly crib was completed in 2019. It sits on 83 acres, includes seven bedrooms, 14 bathrooms, and enough space to raise the five to seven kids Kylie says she eventually wants to have running around. As the publication notes, it's not apparent if the abode purchase was a solo act or if Travis Scott played some sort of role. Maybe they wen't half-sies like last time.
There's been a sizable chunk of speculation lately and it seems all but confirmed for fans that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star and the rapper are back on romantically, and sharing another house seems like it would make things pretty official. Time will be the greatest tell to discover if these two are doing much more than co-parenting their little one and keeping their social distance under one roof.
