Ever dreamed of living like a Kardashian-Jenner? Well, Kylie Jenner's starter home in Calabasas just hit the market and it it stunning.
According to People, Kylie bought her not-so-humble abode back in 2015 for $2.7 million, but she's since moved on to some even more impressive digs. That being said, her first home is beyond beautiful.
The five-bedroom, s-bathroom home is currently listed for $3,599,000 (much more than what Kylie paid for it), but hey, having Kar-Jenner legacy attached to it might've upped the value.
According to the listing, the home is “optimally designed for a lifestyle that embraces both grand-scale entertaining and intimate moments.” It features two fireplaces, a spa, a guest house, and a walk-in shoe closet. Shoe addicts rejoice! The interior was designed by famed celebrity decorator Jeff Andrew, who has worked with the likes of with Kaley Cuoco and Khloé Kardashian, according to People. So whoever buys this property is going to be staying in some lavish digs.
Plus, the house comes with some serious bragging rights. Although Kylie sold the property back in 2017, it would be pretty cool to tell friends you live in her former home. In fact, the listing adds "former celebrity owned" as one of its sale features.
The makeup mogul has since upgraded, purchasing a Holmby Hills estate for a whopping $36.5 million in 2020. But for whoever swoops up her old house, they'll be purchasing 4,851-square-feet that was once filled with Kylie Jenner memories. Priceless!
