Kylie Jenner Might Be Opening Up Her Own Museum, According to New Trademarks
Kylie Jenner wants to do more than just make (a boat-load of) money; she wants to be remembered throughout history… apparently.
Paper Magazine reports that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star recently filed two trademarks. One was for “Kylie Kon” which will cover the “arranging, organizing, conducting, and hosting [of] special events, exhibitions, and interactive experiences” such as makeup workshops. Okay, fair enough. What followers are really raising their eyebrows about is the second trademark for a “Kylie Museum.”
According to the paperwork, Kylie Museum will have guided tours, events, and other “museum services.” There are no details as to what exactly will be included in these services, but one could venture a guess that it likely makeup, fashion, and of course, filled with pictures of her daughter, Stormi.
It seems a bit odd to build a museum dedicated to someone who was born the same year Titanic premiered in theaters (yes, seriously), but Kylie is a pro with trademarks. After she temporarily broke the internet with her “Rise and Shine” song, she quickly trademarked the slogan and began selling sweatshirts.
There is no doubt Kylie inherited Kris Jenner’s savvy for making money, but a museum? Maybe it was just an impulse trademark buy.
