Kylie Jenner Reportedly Just Filed a Trademark for 'Rise and Shine'

Kylie Jenner is taking advantage of the hype around her new viral jingle, which all started when she gave fans a tour of her office in a YouTube video, where she woke up her daughter, Stormi, with a little song: "Rise and Shine."
Fans loved it, including Ariana Grande, who even asked if she could sample the tune.

Well, Kylie didn't become a billionaire for nothing. Now that the opportunity has presented itself, she has reportedly filed a trademark for the "Rise and Shine" moment. According to TMZ, this includes "belts, pants, coats, dresses, footwear, gloves, headbands, headwear, jackets, loungewear, scarves, sleepwear, socks, swimwear and undergarments ... as well as cosmetics."
A quick trip to kyliejennershop.com shows that the Rise and Shine hoodies, selling at $65 a pop, have already sold out. There's no more merchandise associated with "Rise and Shine" though it seems likely that more will be coming soon.
This merchandising scheme hasn't gone down well with everyone, though. Some commenters on Instagram aren't buying it (pun intended), with one writing, "Would somebody really spend $65 of their hard earned money on one of these sweaters?"
We'll see if this trademark will increase Kylie's abundance of cash, or will just be laughed at like the song itself was.
