Kylie Jenner Tops the Instagram Rich List for 2019: Here's How Much She Makes Per Post
By Ryan Carroll
While the members of Kardashian-Jenner family have a multitude of business ventures, they’re also involved in another highly lucrative endeavor, as Instagram influencers. This week, it became clear that their chokehold on the influencing game would not let up anytime soon, as the yearly Instagram Rich List ranks Kylie Jenner as the highest paid user on the platform.
According to Business Insider, Jenner boasts 141 million followers and earns around $1,266,000 per post; this places her safely ahead of second-place holder Ariana Grande, who, despite her 160 million followers, earns about $996,000 for each post. Jenner’s sisters Kim Kardashian West, Kendall Jenner, and Khloé Kardashian are also on the list, who appear in the fourth, thirteenth, and fourteenth spots, respectively.
The Instagram Rich List is compiled by HopperHQ, a post scheduling tool that compiles both internal and publicly available data to rank the highest-paid users on Instagram. This marks Jenner’s second time topping the list, coming after she dethroned previous list-topper Selena Gomez in 2018.
Jenner’s gainful Instagram status has been just one aspect of her meteoric rise in the past few years, compounding her success with her cosmetics venture, Kylie Cosmetics, and helping to make her the youngest self-made billionaire in the world.
We don’t have a doubt that Jenner’s success will continue, either. While we don’t know how long she’ll hold the same level of Instagram star power, something tells us that she’ll have plenty of money to fall back on, just in case.
