Lamar Odom Reveals He Once Threatened to Kill Khloé Kardashian

Lamar Odom's memoir Darkness to Light has officially hit the shelves, and he's held nothing back recounting some of his toughest times.

As the former NBA star was married to Khloé Kardashian for seven years, many of the ups and downs he faced, especially through his drug addiction, was during his time with the reality star. And according to Us Weekly, Lamar gets real in his new book about a specific time he really crossed the line with Khloé.

Per the publication, one part of Lamar's memoir recalls a time when he threatened to kill his then-wife. The situation went down after the athlete was allegedly high on cocaine and ecstacy, and Khloé began to seriously worry about him. The reality star chose to then call Lamar's friends over to try and help, which was met with extreme anger.

"Khloé came down and knocked on the door. I opened it suddenly and grabbed her forcefully by the shoulders, which frightened her," the book reads. "'What the f**k are you doing?' I screamed, out of my mind. 'You trying to embarrass me in front of my friends? I’ll f**king kill you! You don’t know what I’m capable of!'"

Khloé allegedly ran upstairs after Lamar's threat, leading to him eventually apologize and beg for forgiveness. "I was embarrassed and ashamed," he continues. "It was a new low for our relationship and my life … the most regrettable moment in a series of regrettable moments."

It's crazy to hear all of these stories from Lamar during what was surely the lowest points in his life. Although he's no longer with Khloé, we're proud of how far he's come in his journey and really hope it only continues to get better from here.
