Leah Messer Reveals Her Stance on Jenelle Evans Possibly Returning to 'Teen Mom 2'
Jenelle Evans left her husband David Eason back in Oct. 2019, causing Teen Mom 2 fans to wonder if it was a calculated move to try and get her old job back. Since then, the reactions to the possibility of Evans returning to the reality series have been mixed (to put it gently), but it seems her old cast mate, Leah Messer, might be open to the idea.
Hollywood Life reports that Messer has nothing but good wishes for Evans, even if that means that her drama ends up back on the show. “I would love to see Jenelle in a much better place and be able to share a positive story with many women and men out here,” the 27-year-old MTV personality stated.
While Messer would be open to the idea of Evans returning now that Eason is out of the picture, she admitted it's not up to her, or even Evans for that matter. “This isn’t entirely up to her, but I support her and her own journey,” adding that she hopes that Evans is “getting the help that she deserves to have and becoming the best mom and woman that she can be.”
Evans was fired early last year from the long-running show after Eason admitted to killing the family’s French bulldog, Nugget, for allegedly nipping at their two-year-old daughter, Ensley. Eason had already been fired in 2018 for posting homophobic and transphobic comments on Twitter.
Now that Evans has left Eason, perhaps we will see her and her kiddos on Teen Mom 2 once again. It seems Messer certainly has Evans' back if she decides to return.
