In today's episode of "Why Can't People Be Happy for One Another?," Teen Mom OG's Mackenzie Standifer is receiving hate for a recent photo she posted to Instagram, in which she posed in a bikini. Of course, because her body looked great, haters had to make cruel assumptions to bring her down. But it doesn't look like the mom-of-three is tolerating any of it.

Initially, fans gushed over the photo below, which shows Mackenzie lounging by the water in a bathing suit and trendy sunglasses. She received sweet comments such as, "Ok sis, crush it [emoji]. So proud of you!," "How do you look that fantastic after all those babies?!," and "How do you look so good after two babies pretty much back to back?!? Share your secrets!!" Many people noted the fact that Mackenzie had just given birth about six months ago, asking how she was able to get back into such great shape.

Well, one person thought they had come up with the explanation as to how Mackenzie lost the pregnancy weight, and it's really messed up. As reported by InTouchWeekly, the Instagram user wrote, seemingly referring to nutritional supplements, "I think and it's just my opinion I don't care or believe that stuff that she says she is on would never give you a flat tummy after [having] a baby.. The stuff that she is making is only to make money.. like [Maci] stated she is a 'fake' I personally think she is doing Ryan's drugs!!"

Mackenzie saw the comment and was quick to hit back with an explanation, as she wrote, "I'm not 'on' anything. I eat right and [work out] it's not rocket science and there's no quick fix. I take supplements to SUPPLEMENT my diet but nothing is a miracle fix." Fortunately for the reality star, her fans rushed to replies section on the comment to back her up. One wrote to the person, "It takes a special kind of insecurity and hate to post such hate on someone’s social media about how they lost weight," and another said, "You seriously sound stupid have you ever seen anyone on drugs because this [doesn't] look like the body of someone on drugs she looks healthy!!!!"

Of course, when people look good, there's always going to be someone still criticizing. Luckily for Mackenzie, it sounds like she's got thick skin and a solid fanbase to defend her.
