Mackenzie Standifer Gifts Ryan Edwards Wine Glasses After Multiple Stints in Rehab and Fans Aren't Happy

It's no secret that Teen Mom OG star Ryan Edwards has struggled with addiction and sobriety. He has been arrested several times, and his tumultuous relationship with his ex Maci Bookout has even resulted in a restraining order. Edwards was actually in rehab for his issues in 2018 when his wife Mackenzie Standifer gave birth to their son, Jagger. He also went to rehab in 2017, for less than a month, after he was caught driving to his wedding to Mackenzie while high.

This persistent drug issue seems like it would be something Mackenzie would keep tabs on, but followers aren't so sure after her latest move. According to The Sun, Mackenzie's Father's Day gift for Ryan definitely raised some eyebrows. The mom-of-two revealed the two presents she got for Ryan in a video on social media. “I just got Ryan’s Father’s Day present in the mail, and, oh my god, it turned out so much better than I was expecting," she said to the camera at the beginning of the video. One gift was a wallet, but the other present drew ire from concerned fans, revealing it was a wine decanter set.

The set has a couple of engraved glasses with the letter E for Edwards, and a tall wine decanter with the same marking. People on Reddit were quick to criticize the choice of a Father's Day gift. One person called Mackenzie “utterly stupid” and told her to research addiction, with another user writing, “Wow this has literally got to be the most ignorant thing I've ever seen.” Hopefully this gift is as innocent as Mack is treating it.
